General Conference is just around the corner! This is such a fun time of the year. We love listening, learning, and applying, and I’m always on the lookout for fun general conference kids activities.
This year, I wanted to do something different, so I created this fun apostles sheet to help the kids get to know the apostles better.
This activity is simple, really. Print out the worksheets and then, as each apostle speaks, the kids can find his picture. They can then fill in the name and the topic spoken about. Or, choose to fill in a favorite quote or story instead. Really, anything goes. This makes a great “topical guide” or index once conference is over! It can be referred to if you’re wanting to review a specific talk or topic.
Another fun idea is to fill the names out beforehand. Can the kids recognize each apostle to fill in his name? For older kids (and adults) – make it a race! See who can fill in the most correct names in the shortest amount of time.
Print out a worksheet for each family member, team up, or have just one that the whole family works on together.
May your conference weekend be filled with joy!
