I’m loving studying the New Testament this year!

One of the things I’m really enjoying so far (even just a few weeks in!) is how many names of Christ I’m seeing in these chapters. And as I’ve studied, I’ve realized that I need a way to keep track of all these names!

So – I created a printable and wanted to share it with you – in case you need a place to keep a list of names too.

Names of Jesus List – FREE Printable

Here are a couple of different ways that you can use this free printable!

  • Print out a copy for each family member and have them keep it with their study supplies or with their Come, Follow Me study journal. As they study and find new names, they can add them to their list.
  • Work on the list together as a family. Post the list on your family bulletin board or in another place where the whole family can see it. Then, add names together as you come across them in your stuides.
  • Or you could post one in each person’s room where they can see it and add to it throughout the year.
  • Use these as a discussion starter for FHE. Each week you can look back at the names you’ve added over the past days and discuss what each name means to you and how you might apply it to your life.

Studying The Names of Jesus

Want to study the names of Jesus in more depth? Here are a couple of resources to help you!

That They Might Know Thee

This talk – That They Might Know Thee – from Elder Johnthan S Schmitt in the October 2022 General Conference is a great resource to help you learn more about the names of Jesus and how you can apply.

And my study guide for this talk can help you study in depth and apply the principles into action in your own life.

Seek This Jesus Study

Erin at Seek This Jesus Study has some amazing resources to help you learn more about the names of Christ. My favorite is her course – Coming Unto Christ Through His Many Names – which will take you on a year long journey of taking His name upon you – one each week.

I hope you enjoy learning more about the names of Jesus as you study His life this coming year!
